Metal halide lamps are ultraviolet lamps developed from high-pressure mercury lamps with specific metal halides. The added metal halide varieties have different spectral distributions and uses. Adding GaI3 (gallium iodide) can increase the spectral energy of 403nm and 417nm, making it ideal as an iodine gallium lamp, lithography lamp, and exposure lamp.
The addition of multiple halides such as iron iodide can increase the spectral energy between 380nm, i.e. 365-400nm, and change the spectral width of ultraviolet radiation to adapt to some new ink and special application processes that require a wide spectral band of 365nm and 380nm lamps.
The spectrum of this lamp is mainly distributed between 200nm and 450nm, with the peak at 365nm. It is mainly used in industries such as UV encapsulation, UV coating, UV printing, UV painting, UV adhesive bonding, pipeline repair, and UV photochemical reactions. It is an ideal light source for aging polymer compounds and photosensitive inks in semiconductors and PCB manufacturing.
We specialize as a manufacturer that produces, processes, and distributes UV lamps, exposure lamps, infrared lamps, and related accessories including UV electronic power supplies, LED point light sources, transformers, ballasts, capacitors, triggers, lampshades, and quartz plates.
